81-YEAR-OLD CREATES FIRST VIRTUAL COLORING BOOK

NOVATO, Calif. (Wireless Flash) -- Whoever said "You can't teach an old dog new tricks" never met 81-year-old Dorenda Brabo. Brabo has just completed what's being billed as the "world's first virtual coloring book." The book -- titled "My Dear Mrs. Claus" (1stbooks) -- is being published online where readers can print it out and color the pictures. The book concerns the secret life of Santa's wife, who doesn't get enough credit for taking care of Santa and the elves. Brabo admits the Mrs. Claus character is based on her own life and says she wrote the book to get over the death of her husband of 41 years, who died on Christmas Eve a few years back. Although the grandmother admits most people think coloring books are for kids, she says her virtual coloring book keeps grown-ups interested as well. You can check it out at http://www.1stbooks.com
