That's the theory of Austrian-based UFO researcher Dr. Helmut Lammer, who claims many UFO abductees in North America are being kidnapped by a covert military agency and brainwashed into forgetting they were ever abducted by aliens. During the procedure, the abductees are closely examined for alien implants and some female abductees claim they were gynecologically probed by "strange non-human beings."
