SURVEY: WHO'S TO BLAME FOR Y2K PROBLEMS?

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash) -- No one knows if the world's computers will go kablooey on January 1, 2000 -- but folks are pretty sure who to blame if they do. According to a new survey by Paper Mate pens, 24 percent of Americans think the U.S. government deserves the blame if computers melt down on January 1. -- 11 percent will blame the programmers who designed the software. -- 8 percent will blame Bill Gates.. -- 6 percent will point the finger at Bill Clinton. -- And, finally, 2 percent say they'll blame God for any "Y2K" computer glitches.
