WORLD'S FIRST WRESTLING COLOGNE HITS MARKET

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash) -- How'd you like to smell like a wrestler? A Miami-based perfume company is hoping enough people are enthralled with pro wrestling that they'll buy the world's first wrestling cologne called "WCW Nitro." The new cologne is described as having a "sporty scent" with "...hints of pineapple, mint, lavender and geranium." The fragrance is the brainchild of Ilia Lekach, president of the Perfumania perfume chain, who says his 17-year-old son convinced him there are 35 million wrestling fans who need a special fragrance to wear to a match. A 1.7-ounce bottle of WCW Nitro sells for $30 and, if it's a success, there are plans to create a female version of the fightin' fragrance.
