MALCOLM X'S BLOOD-STAINED ADDRESS BOOK: YOURS FOR $30,000

SAN FRANCISCO (Wireless Flash) -- Morbid memorabilia fans will soon have a chance at owning the blood-stained, bullet-riddled address book carried by Malcolm X when he was assassinated in 1965. The book will be auctioned off later this month by the Butterfield & Butterfield auction house in Los Angeles. Its estimated value is $30,000 to $50,000. Other notorious mementos at the May 27th sale include... -- A 134-year-old ticket stub from Ford's Theater for the exact night Abraham Lincoln was shot to death by John Wilkes Booth. It's expected to sell for almost $10,000. -- A letter written by a priest who died on the "Titanic" could fetch as much as $6,000. -- And, finally, music and lyrics to two original songs written by gangster Al Capone are expected to go for at least $20,000. One of the songs is a ditty called "Madonna Mia" with lyrics like: "In a quaint I-tal-ian gar-den, while the stars were all a-glow/ Once I heard a lov-er singing, to the one that he loved so."
