INFLATION NO HITCH TO GETTING HITCHED

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash) -- This year, inflation shouldn't cause any hitches in getting hitched. That's according to the latest Moet & Chandon Matrimonial Matrix, which tracks the cost of common items bought for weddings. The survey reveals that the overall price of a June wedding has increased by only 1.6 percent over last year. -- Champagne prices have increased the most. Thanks to the impending millennium, the price of five cases of Moet & Chandon has bubbled up 6 percent to $1,741. -- A fancy wedding orchestra now costs $3500 -- an increase of 4.4 percent. -- Wedding photo packages cost $3800, up nearly 5 percent. -- A 17-ounce box of bird seed costs $1.89 -- up five cents. Many other wedding costs remained the same.
