BLESSID UNION OF SOULS FINDS TEENY-BOP IMAGE A BLESSING IN DISGUISE

MODESTO, Calif. (Wireless Flash) -- Although some bands might not want a teeny-bopper audience, the members of Blessid Union Of Souls say their current teen fave status has been a blessing for their love lives. The band's bass player, C. P. Roth, admits the Gen X-age band members are too old to date any 14-year-old fans, but they're just the right age to date the single moms accompanying their kids to the concerts. Roth claims some of the teeny-bopper mothers have been pretty flirty -- including a 31-year-old women who wanted the band to autograph her behind. In fact, Roth admits the band keeps score over who can pick up the best looking mom on the road. Blessid Union Of Soul's latest CD is "Walking Off The Buzz" and the current single is titled "Hey Leonardo (She Likes Me For Me)."
