KARLSRUHE, Germany (Wireless Flash) -- German chicken farmers are getting cagey about a new law that's about to go into effect. Judges in Germany's highest court have ruled that it's unconstitutional to shove chickens into tiny cages and have demanded the practice be stopped within 12 years. -- If you have to ask a friend to lend you money, pray that they're religious. A new survey by the Lutheran Brotherhood reveals that folks who pray regularly are more likely to lend money than atheists. The survey also reports 61 percent of Americans claim they pray before every major financial decision.
