SEXUAL INSECURITY PUTTING WIND IN SALES OF LUXURY YACHTS

CLAREMONT, Calif. (Wireless Flash) -- Here's a trend Sigmund Freud would have something to say about: Yacht lovers are building bigger and longer boats than ever. According to "Power and Motoryacht" magazine, construction of the longest yacht in the world has just been completed. The ship measures a whopping 426 feet -- almost a football field and a half long, and the prediction is that they'll only get bigger. However, some psychologists believe the buyers of the super- sized yachts are using the big boats to compensate for a less- than-ship-shape sex life. Dr. Donald Etkes of the Sexesteem.com website believes some boat buyers may be trying to compensate for a "sinking feeling" in the bedroom. He claims its no secret fancy boats are an aphrodisiac to some folks, and boaters may be trying to lure in new bedmates with a flashy luxury yacht. Etkes also says it's possible some men may be subconsciously buying elongated boats to make up for their own small "dinghies."
