ONE IN FIVE AMERICANS IS A PARTY POOPER

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash) -- Most Americans aren't partying like it's 1999 -- in fact, they're hardly partying at all. That's according to a new survey by Tupperware, which reveals 43 percent of Americans are going to fewer parties than last year and 19 percent haven't been to a party in a year. Not everyone is so dull: 5 percent say they party at least once a week -- and most of those are college-age kids. The survey also reveals 25 percent admit drinking alcohol is their favorite activity at a party, while 17 percent prefer playing ice-breaker games like Charades. Finally, 1 percent of folks over 65 say when they attend a party, they're not happy until it's over.
