NUKU'ALOFA, Tonga (Wireless Flash) -- The first TV broadcast of the 21st Century will be a 30-minute variety show broadcast from the island of Tonga at 12 a.m., January 1, 2000. The show will feature an ancient Polynesian fire ceremony where natives create fire by rubbing sticks together.
