That's according to Munich-based reincarnation expert Dr. Friedbert Karger, who claims grieving about the recently dead actually keeps their spirit Earth-bound. Karger says celebrities are especially prone to "clinging" because they tend to get bombarded by millions of "thought signals" that make them want to stay on Earth when they should really be heading to the astral plane.
