EXEC FIRED OVER `SEINFELD' JOKE NOW BROKE AND OUT-OF-WORK

BURBANK, Calif. (Wireless Flash) -- An executive who was falsely accused of sexual harassment for recounting a racy episode of "Seinfeld" says he's nearly penniless despite winning a $25 million lawsuit. In 1993, the Miller Brewing Company fired executive Jerold McKenzie after he told a female co-worker about a "Seinfeld" episode involving a character whose name rhymed with a part of female anatomy. McKenzie fought the charges and was awarded $25 million in damages in 1997, but according to a story that will appear on tonight's "Extra," he has yet to receive a dime from the beer conglomerate. Even worse, the 56-year-old McKenzie claims he's almost penniless and has been unable to get a new job after 70 attempts. Miller Brewing has appealed the ruling and a new hearing is weeks, away but McKenzie fears further delays and admits he's desperate to settle out of court.
