Believe it or not, Chicago Cubs superstar Sammy Sosa credits his slugging success to a bizarre pre-game ritual: he splashes coffee on the tips of his shoes and before batting practice, he tosses coffee on the ground in three directions. -- HARTFORD, Conn. -- You can take the rock star out of music but you can't take the music out of the rock star. Former Twisted Sister Dee Snider is recording his first solo album. Although Snider is now working as a morning disc jockey in Hartford, Connecticut, he says the recording offer was just too good to pass up. -- SANTA MONICA, Calif. -- Ernest Borgnine and Tim Conway are reuniting for the first time since "McHale's Navy" was canceled in 1966. The duo will guest star this weekend on a Nickelodeon cartoon called "SpongeBob SquarePants." Borgnine and Conway will play two former superheroes named Mermaidman and Barnacle Boy, who are stuck in a retirement home.
