KIDS AVOID HOMEWORK, BLAME THEIR COMPUTERS

MILFORD, Conn. (Wireless Flash) -- Computers are supposed to help kids with their schoolwork, but a new survey suggests computers merely provide another excuse for avoiding homework. The new survey by Bic pens reveals that 21 percent of kids plan to use "the computer crashed" as an excuse when they don't feel like doing homework. 34 percent pretend they just "forgot" about their homework, while 4 percent use the ancient but ever-popular "My dog ate it" excuse.
