YOUNG MC: FROM `BUST A MOVE' TO BUSTIN' CHOPS

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash) -- Rapper Young MC is best-known for his 1989 hit "Bust A Move" -- but his latest project has him busting some chops. The musician -- whose real name is Marvin Young -- has written a new rap version of the '70s hit "Kung Fu Fighting" for an upcoming martial arts exercise video titled "Cardio Kung Fu." Young claims he had a ball writing the kung fu ditty, which has lines like: "You got to get the stance with feet and hands/ Or you'll never get a black belt around your pants." In addition to the Kung Fu rap, Young has penned about 40 minutes of heavy-duty techno music for the exercise video. The "Cardio Kung Fu" video will be released next month, and will come with a complimentary CD of Young's new tunes.
