WIRELESS FLASH BRIEFS FROM AROUND THE WORLD

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash) -- Former New York City mayor David Dinkins may have found a new day job: acting. Dinkins will appear on an upcoming episode of "Cosby," playing a minister who marries off Cosby's daughter. -- NEW YORK -- Puff Daddy's newest CD, "Forever," may not be flying off the charts and one reason may be the lack of tributes to dead rap stars. According to "Rolling Stone," Puffy says that the tribute song he wrote for his late buddy The Notorious B.I.G. helped sell 2 million copies of his debut CD, "No Way Out." In Puffy's words, "That doesn't feel good, but that's the reality." -- HOLLYWOOD -- Burt Reynolds isn't afraid to stretch the truth in order to land a role. The senior sex symbol admits when he was asked to play a hockey coach in the upcoming film "Mystery, Alaska," he fibbed about his skating abilities: "I said I could skate like a 22 year old -- like the wind." However, producers soon found out he really couldn't skate a lick. "Mystery, Alaska" opens October 1.
