GERBER BABY NAMED TO `TOP 10 BABIES OF THE CENTURY' LIST

SAN FRANCISCO (Wireless Flash) -- It seems everybody's getting their own Top Ten list these days -- including babies. The Babycenter.com website has just released its list of the "Top Ten Babies of the Century" to honor the infants that have made the biggest impact during the past 100 years. Test-tube baby Louise Brown, the Gerber baby, the Lindbergh baby and Little Ricky Ricardo all made the list, along with... -- Murphy Brown's TV baby, Avery. -- Baby Fae, the infant who received a heart transplant from a baboon and later died. -- Baby James Hathaway, whose parents started the "dads in the delivery room" movement after he was born in 1965. -- The billionth baby born in China in 1980, which spawned strict new birth control policies. -- John F. Kennedy, Jr. who was born while his father was president. -- And, finally, the first Montessori school students.
