COMPANY CREATES GOLF BALLS WITH `BALD SPOTS'

DENVER (Wireless Flash) -- It looks like bald really is beautiful -- at least when it comes to golf balls. A Denver-based company has created a line of golf balls with six strategically-placed "bald spots" that replace the dimples on traditional golf balls. The Bald Eagle Golf Company claims dimples can screw up a golfers putt by making the shot go off at an angle. However, the company claims if you line your golf club up with one of the bald spots on the Bald Eagle balls, you'll have a much straighter stroke. A box of the bald spot balls sells for around $30.
