That's the advice of teddy bear expert Susan Schwartz, who has declared tomorrow (Oct. 13) "Take Your Teddy Bear to Work Day." Schwartz claims teddy bears are great at relieving stress caused by overbearing bosses and obnoxious co-workers, and she suggests you bring your teddy to the office and give it a big hug any time you feel stressed. Although you may have to put up with jokes from coworkers who see you lugging a teddy bear, Schwartz claims you'll be much happier, healthier and you may even lower your blood pressure.
