LUCKY CHARMS LEPRECHAUN STARS AT OLD TIME RADIO CONVENTION

NEWARK, N.J. (Wireless Flash) -- The man behind the voice of the Lucky Charms leprechaun is getting lucky in a different way this weekend: he's the star at a convention dedicated to old-time radio. 66-year-old Arthur Anderson -- who provided the leprechaun voice for 29 years -- will be appearing at the 24th Annual Friends Of Old-Time Radio convention which will take place this weekend in Newark, New Jersey. Anderson has worked in radio since age 12, but he admits he recognized most often for his work as the Lucky Charms leprechaun. These days he says he can't go anywhere without someone asking him to say "They're magically delicious!" Other celebrities scheduled to appear at the convention include Ed Sullivan impersonator Will Jordan and Dick Beals, the voice of Speedy Alka Seltzer.
