`EDDIE MUNSTER' WANTS TO BE THE NEXT `ELVIRA'

ORLANDO, Fla. (Wireless Flash) -- Remember Eddie Munster from "The Munsters?" He's about to make a comeback as a sort-of male Elvira. 46-year-old Butch Patrick -- who played Eddie on the 1960s TV series -- has just completed a pilot for a late night "Creature Feature" type of show. The show revolves around Eddie as he watches Grandpa Munster's home movies in his dungeon "screaming room." The "home movies" are actually classic, cheesy horror films. Patrick says the scariest part of the show may be his outfit: Instead of Eddie Munster's trademark shorts and widow's peak, he wears a trench coat and cowboy boots. The pilot -- which features a guest appearance from Al "Grandpa Munster" Lewis -- will debut this Halloween at an Orlando nightclub, although Patrick hopes to get the show booked on the USA cable network.
