`DIRTIEST KID' CONTESTANTS SHARE TIPS FOR GETTING MUDDY

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash) -- Twelve kids competing for the title of "Dirtiest Kid in America" are revealing their dirty little secrets as to the best way to get dirty. The kids will compete in a slop-laden "Stain-A-Thon" obstacle course in New York City tomorrow (Nov. 13) in an event sponsored by Tide detergent. 10-year-old Paige Reynolds of Colorado says she's been psyching herself up for the contest by repeating "I've gotta win," every time she plays in the mud. 10-year-old Tyler Hill of Oregon says he plans to scoop up big handfuls of mud and squish them into his shirt in order to increase his odds of winning. Then there's 7-year-old Braden Cluster of Utah, who says his secret to success is that he simply loves the feel of rolling around in mud puddles.
