A MATCH MADE IN CYBERSPACE

PITTSBURGH (Wireless Flash) -- The internet is turning in the "Mother of all Matchmakers." According to a new study conducted by the Fortino Group, 66 percent of future marriages between members of "Generation Y" will originate from chat room romances. The survey also reveals Generation Y -- kids who are now 10 to 17 years old -- will spend almost one-third of their lives logged on to the internet, which amounts to about 23 years. By comparison, the typical Gen Xer will only spend around 10 years of his or her life online, while Baby Boomers will only spend about 5.5 years glued to the computer screen.
