`50s QUIZ SHOW SCANDALS NOT AFFECTING CURRENT REVIVAL

CALDWELL, N.J. (Wireless Flash) -- The old "Twenty One" game show is being revived next month -- but don't expect it to suffer a ratings slump due to its scandalized past. Although the show was sullied after its producers were caught feeding the correct answers to contestants, TV expert Steven Kramer says if the same thing happened today, no one would care. Kramer claims today's audiences don't expect so-called "reality" TV programs to be completely truthful -- and they'll keep on watching as long as they are entertained. Need proof? Well, Kramer says when shows like "Jerry Springer" were accused of staging segments and booking phoney guests, ratings went up, not down.
