Believe it or not, the American Airpower Museum in Farmingdale, New York, is actually selling flightless replicas of the B-17 Bomber for only $319,000 -- not including sales tax. The bogus B-17s are 90 feet long with a 110-foot wing span and, although the planes don't actually fly, a museum spokesman claims they make great lawn ornaments -- as long as your lawn is at least a quarter of an acre.
