ELVIS PRESLEY'S `NASAL DOUCHE' TO BE DISPLAYED

TUNICA, Miss. (Wireless Flash) -- Elvis Presley's former physician has a strange way of paying tribute to the King: he's putting Presley's nasal douche on display at a casino. This Saturday (Jan. 8) -- which would have been Elvis' 65th birthday -- Dr. George Nichopoulos will open an exhibit of unusual Elvis memorabilia at the Hollywood Casino in Tunica, Mississippi. One of the items is a nasal douche -- a syringe-like device used by "Dr. Nick" to clean out Elvis' sinuses before he went on stage to sing. Also on display will be prescription bottles of penicillin bearing Presley's name, a .38 caliber pistol Elvis carried in his boot and a flashing blue light Elvis attached to his car while fleeing from fans. Dr. Nick claims it will be the first time any of these items have been seen in public in 21 years.
