That's according to researcher Dr. Nick Begich, who claims the U.S. military has developed an electromagnetic technology that's capable of planting voices inside your brain. The top secret technology uses radio frequencies that trigger chemical reactions in the brain and is designed to make "the enemy" think they're going crazy.
