A new set of dolls based on the cartoon family is scheduled to be unveiled later this year, and insiders predict the dolls will set off a Furby-like toy craze next Christmas. "Simpsons" memorabilia expert William D. LaRue thinks the new toys will be especially hot because there hasn't been a "Simpsons" doll on the market in 10 years. He may know what he's talking about: he's been collecting "Simpsons-"related gear since 1990 and currently has about 3000 items in his collection ranging from a Bart Simpson asthma inhaler cover to Homer Simpson neckties.
