UFO LAWSUIT PUTS DEFENSE DEPARTMENT ON DEFENSE

SCOTTSDALE, Arizona (Wireless Flash) -- An Arizona-based UFO group is suing the U.S. Department of Defense in the hopes of uncovering the truth about flying saucers. Citizens Against UFO Secrecy wants the Department of Defense to release all files regarding sightings of triangular-shaped UFOs which were seen over the skies of Phoenix in March of 1997. Although Defense officials claim no such files exist, a lawyer representing the UFO group says he's skeptical because so many eyewitnesses reported seeing military aircraft chase the unidentified objects. The case will have its day in court next Monday when a U.S. District Court judge will hear arguments from both sides. Attorney Peter Gersten predicts the Defense Department will ask for a dismissal, but he hopes the judge won't dismiss the case so he can grill officials and get to the bottom of the mystery.
