`FRASIER' DOG TREATED TO DAILY MASSAGE

HOLLYWOOD (Wireless Flash) -- Talks about pampered: Moose, the Jack Russell terrier who plays "Eddie" on "Frasier," gets a personal massage every day. That's according to Moose's trainer, Mathilde DeCagny, who says she's been giving the pooch rubdowns ever since he started performing on the sitcom seven years ago. It seems Moose didn't like to be touched when he first started working on "Frasier," so she began massaging him just to get him used to being handled on screen. It must have worked because now Moose is a real pleasure hog who lets the actors drool all over him whenever possible. Believe it or not, Moose has just "written" his "autobiog- ruff-y," called -- what else? -- "My Life As A Dog" (Simon & Schuster).
