CRITICS PICK `JULIEN DONKEY-BOY' 1999'S WORST PICTURE

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash) -- No one will know what film will be the Best Picture of 1999 until Oscar night, but "Boxoffice" magazine has an idea of which one was the worst. According to the magazine's annual barometer -- which is compiled by averaging critical response to films released last year -- the worst film of 1999 is "Julien Donkey-Boy," which is about a schizophrenic boy whose father is addicted to cough syrup. Although "Julien Donkey-Boy" received a measly 1.3 stars on the four-star scale, it wasn't alone in the silver screen stinker department. Three other films garnered a measly 1.5 stars, including "Molly," "Simon Sez" and "The Velocity Of Gary."
