`STOOGES' ACTOR DID ALL HIS OWN EYE-POKES

SAN DIEGO (Wireless Flash) -- The man who plays Moe Howard in an upcoming TV movie about "The Three Stooges" says he fears fans will want to poke him in the eye after seeing his performance. Actor Paul Ben-Victor is proud of his acting in the flick, but he's still "terrified" he'll disappoint die-hard Stooges fans who have their own idea of how Moe should be portrayed. He says it was a blast being a Stooge -- even though he suffered numerous bruises after filming take after take of eye poking and nose- pulling. Ben-Victor says he and the actors playing Larry, Curly and Shemp did all their own stunts and actually "beat the heck out of each other." The Three Stooges biopic will air April 24 on ABC.
