TRAIN TRACK LOVERS WIN `WHIPLASH AWARD'

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash) -- A man and a woman who have filed lawsuit after they were hit by a train while having sex on a train track have just been honored with a "Whiplash Award." The awards are given out each year by James Percelay, author of the new book, "Whiplash! America's Most Frivolous Lawsuits" (Andrews- McMeel). Other Whiplash Awards go to a Chicago widow who sued the Chicago Transit Authority after her husband was electrocuted while urinating on a train track and the 80-year-old woman who sued the maker of "The Clapper" after she hurt her hands using the device.
