It could fetch as much as $10,000. -- LONDON -- Barbie is getting some competition from "Billy," the world's first gay action figure. Christie's Auction House will offer one of the first "Billy" dolls at an auction later this summer. The shorts and T-shirt-clad hunk is expected to bring in at least $600.
