REAL `GONE IN 60 SECONDS' TO TAKE PLACE TONIGHT (JUN. 5)

SAN DIEGO (Wireless Flash) -- Several California high school students are going to be breaking into cars tonight -- but they won't be breaking the law. To promote the new car thief flick, "Gone In 60 Seconds," members of the National High School Car Club Association of San Diego will attempt to break into 16 locked cars and then "burn rubber" as they speed down a race track. Each car is secured with one of those anti-theft steering wheel devices, and each contestant will receive four keys -- of which only one will unlock the thing. Although the publicity stunt is meant to mimic the car thefts in "Gone In 60 Seconds," the high school racers actually own the cars they'll be "stealing."
