TEENS GIVE ADULTS A "D" FOR ANTI-DRINKING EFFORT

CHICAGO (Wireless Flash) -- When it comes to stopping teens from drinking, adults get a big fat "D." That's according to something called the Uhlich (YOO-lick) Report Card, in which teens grade adults on a variety of topics. Based on this year's report card, adults are at the back of the class: teens give them straight "Cs" for their ability to listen to young folks, get rid of gangs and efforts to stop teen smoking. Just about the only job adults are doing decently according to the teens is educating young folks and creating jobs for teenagers -- adults earned "Bs" on both those topics. Teens will be announcing the full report card grades at a press conference in Chicago later this morning (Jun. 7).
