CBS PREJUDICED AGAINST POT-SMOKING SENIORS?

SAN DIEGO (Wireless Flash) -- A 69-year-old marijuana-smoking grandfather is accusing CBS television of being prejudiced against pot smokers. Medical marijuana advocate Evan Keliher -- who calls himself "Grandpa Ganja" -- says he was chosen as a finalist for the upcoming CBS series, "Big Brother," where 10 strangers will live under one roof for three months. Keliher claims he told producers of the show that he treats his glaucoma with legally prescribed marijuana and he even toked up in an audition video. When producers asked him if he would go without his marijuana on the show, he refused and claims they asked him to leave. Now Grandpa Ganja wants the network to apologize to America's pot smokers and he's considering legal action. A spokeswoman for CBS can't confirm whether Keliher's pot smoking prevented him from being cast, but she says the finalists for "Big Brother" have yet to be selected.
