OLYMPIC ATHLETE TO JUMP ACROSS NYC IN A POTATO SACK

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash) -- Jumpin' Jehosophat! A former Olympic athlete is attempting to jump his way across Manhattan in a potato sack. This morning (Jun. 14), former pentathlete Mike Gostigian plans to pack his legs into a burlap potato sack and hop across the sidewalks of downtown New York for nine hours. The 37-year-old admits he hasn't stepped inside a spud sack since grade school, but he's confident he'll complete the feat without too much trouble. Mike's pulling off the potato publicity stunt to promote a new weight loss product called "Satietrol," which is made from potatoes.
