COW FLOP SCULPTOR `MOOVES' TO NEW YORK

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash) -- A Chicago cow flop artist who made his mark during last summer's "Cows On Parade" exhibit is "mooving" on to yet another cow exhibit. Starting today (Jun. 26) self-described guerilla cow pie artist Bob Koutny will place 30 tiny objects resembling cow pies under the fannies of a herd of fiberglass cows in New York City. The faux cow droppings are made from a special foam that resembles bovine B.M.s and each one reflects a certain theme, such as the money-covered "Cash Cowpie." Last year, the sculptor's poopy pieces were repeatedly stolen by vandals -- something he predicts will happen again this year.
