`RODMANTV.COM' POSES LEGAL RISK FOR `THE WORM'

BATON ROUGE, La. (Wireless Flash) -- Dennis Rodman is planning his own version of "Big Brother" by cybercasting live party footage from his home 24 hours a day -- but it could turn into a legal nightmare. One criminal lawyer says the "RodmanTV.com" project which launches tonight (Aug. 31) could force Rodman to jump through legal hoops. Louisiana-based attorney John Baker says if any images of drug use are cybercast police would have probable cause to obtain a warrant and search Rodman's Newport Beach home. The same holds true if cops spot any underage kids drinking booze at one of "The Worm's" shindigs. Baker also says if Rodman's parties get too raunchy, he could be guilty of violating obscenity laws in other states, which could incur a lawsuit.
