NEGATIVE IONS YIELD POSITIVE RESULTS

VANCOUVER, B.C. (Wireless Flash) -- The Cold War isn't over yet -- at least at the Olympics. It seems many of Russia's Olympic teams have been using machines that generate negative ions to improve their performance against Western teams -- and they've been doing it since the 1960s. Canadian ion scientist Guy Cramer says negative ions can increase endurance, balance, coordination and improve reaction time. Although some of the Russian teams have been suspected of steroid use for a long time, Cramer says it's more likely any success is coming from negative ion exposure which is undetectable and legal.
