MEN MORE LIKELY TO `FLIP THE BIRD' THAN WOMEN

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash) -- There's a world of difference in the way men and women express anger while on the road. According to a new survey by Progressive Auto Insurance, male drivers are twice as likely as female drivers to express their anger at other drivers by "flipping them the bird" and using other rude hand gestures. The survey says women are more likely to swear or shout when other drivers get them mad. Other stats... -- 12 percent of drivers admit to putting on makeup or shaving behind the wheel. -- Seven percent read books or newspapers while driving. -- And 69 percent admit they've eaten food while driving.
