GEORGE FOREMAN CARRIES A GRILL WITH HIM AT ALL TIMES

HOUSTON (Wireless Flash) -- Just how into grilling is boxer- turned-BBQ chef George Foreman? So much that he admits he takes along an electric grill whenever he goes on the road. Foreman says he's carried a grill with him for years, and uses it to cook up rib eye steaks and salmon in hotel rooms. He says he'll only eat a steak if he's training really hard and working off the fat, otherwise he has to eat fish or chicken breasts. Foreman also admits he loves garlic and onions -- but don't even think of telling him he has bad breath. He jokes if anyone troubles him about his dragon breath, he tells them "I dare you to say something -- I'm still a boxer." Foreman's latest book, "George Foreman's Big Book of Grilling, Barbecue and Rotisserie" (Simon & Schuster) has just hit stores.
