SAGGING NECKS HELPED WITH TONGUE-TWISTING EXERCISES

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash) -- Twisting your tongue may lick the dreaded "turkey neck syndrome." That's according to 72-year-old physical therapist Eleni Iversen, who claims you can keep your neck from becoming as fleshy as Andy Rooney's by doing simple tongue exercises each day. One exercise involves sticking your tongue in front of your upper teeth and leaning all the way back for three seconds. Another requires you to stick your tongue underneath your bottom lip and pull your neck back. Although your tongue may get sore at first, Iversen claims two weeks of the tongue-twisting exercise will tighten up your neck and jowls and improve your kissing as well. She discusses other offbeat ways to tone your face in a new book, "Look Younger Longer Without Plastic Surgery" (Young In Publishing).
