RAVI SHANKAR'S DAUGHTER: "MY FATHER'S FAVORITE BEATLE WAS GEORGE"

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash) -- Today (October 9) would have been John Lennon's 60th birthday, but the anniversary isn't being noted by one of his former collaborators, world famous sitar player Ravi Shankar. According to Shankar's 19-year-old daughter, Anoushka, her 80-year-old father hardly mentions the former Beatle and -- besides -- she claims George Harrison was his best Beatle buddy. These days, Shankar doesn't do much with Harrison either. Mainly because he and Anoushka are on tour to support her latest release, "Anourag," a classical CD of Indian sitar music.
