BIG HAIR OUT, SIX-PACKS IN FOR CHIPPENDALES DANCERS

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash) -- Everything old is new again for the male exotic dancers of the Chippendales dance troupe. It seems the bow-tied hip-shakers are bringing back the Village People-style costumes the dancers first wore 22 years ago -- specifically cops, construction workers and military men. Chippendales production manager Gary Goldman claims ladies always go nuts for a man in uniform -- especially when he starts slipping out of his duds. But some trends have died out -- such as the poofy hair and overdone muscles sported by many of the dancers in the 1980s. These days, long Fabio hair and "six pack" abs are doing the trick for Chippendales.
