SPELLS MAY PREVENT TIE IN CANADIAN ELECTION

HAMILTON, Ont. (Wireless Flash) -- Canada's federal election is set for November 27 and a Wiccan priest and computer programmer in Ontario hopes to prevent a tie situation like the current mess in America. Programmer Neil Williams has created a software program that generates 27 witchcraft spells exclusively for the Canadian elections. One of the spells is called the "Communist Party of Canada Win-a-Seat Spell" and another is called "Destruction of the Liberal Party in Quebec Spell." To use the software, a user must stare at the computer screen for one minute thinking about the candidate or issue that most concerns them. Although the same spells could have worked in the American presidential election, Williams admits the mess in Florida would still exist because his program assumes all ballots look the same.
