MICHAEL JACKSON'S PIANO GOES OUT ON A SOUR NOTE

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash) -- The piano that Michael Jackson used to compose his hit "Thriller" is coming back to haunt him. The piano was seized by a New Jersey corporation in 1998 after years of legal wrangling over a collapsed business deal. Now the Yamaha grand piano is scheduled to be auctioned off in Los Angeles on December 10 and Michael has threatened to sue if his name is associated with the auction. A spokesman for the HVV Corporation of Asbury Park, New Jersey, claims Jackson's threat to sue is an attempt to devalue the worth of the items. Jackson had offered to buy the piano and other items for $25,000 at a private sale, but the New Jersey company claims it's worth a lot more.
