MEET THE RECIPIENT OF WORLD'S FIRST `POT SCHOLARSHIP'

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (Wireless Flash) -- Student Kevin Killough's education is going to pot -- and that's just fine with him. The New Mexico college student is the winner of a "marijuana scholarship" offered by the South Dakota chapter of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML). The chapter gives out $1000 in scholarships to students who write essays outlining a more "sensible" drug policy for the United States. Kevin -- who is an English major at Albuquerque Technical Vocational School -- received $650 for his essay which suggests America follow Amsterdam's model of legalizing marijuana.
